Shipping and Returns

Within Australia

We use Australia Post for delivery. Shipping costs may be influenced by the size and weight of the products in your order and your shipping location. Delivery options and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

After we have received your order, there will be a 1-2 business day processing time. Once dispatched to Australia Post, estimated delivery times depend on metropolitan areas or country locations.

Within Australia the estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard: 5-7 business days.
  • Express: 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping for Australian orders

We offer free standard shipping for Australian orders over $50.

Australia Post

Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the postal carrier’s delivery service, and whether the delivery address is in metropolitan areas or country locations. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information about estimated delivery times.

International

We ship to most countries. Please note that the Quarter Paper Co website displays the price in Australian dollars. We are not liable for any import taxes or duties when products arrive at your customs.

Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 5-15 business days.

Free Shipping for international orders

We offer free standard shipping for international orders over $150.

Standard Australia Air Mail

Quarter Paper Co uses Australia Post Airmail. This is not a registered service, therefore it can not be tracked.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 14-21 business days
  • America: 14-21 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days

Shipping Delays

We are a small business, so sometimes we need to take breaks too. In the event we are away the online shop will remain open but dispatch of orders will recommence when we return. Any delay in delivery times will be clearly noted on the website.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from Quarter Paper Co, you’re welcome to return or exchange it for a product of equal value (postage will be charged to the customer).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to organise a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to arrange for an exchange.

Faulty items

We take great care in ensuring your order is free from defects, but in the event that a product is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the faulty item and a description. Then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the full purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
